Print Version Order Form T here is no minimum.
Orders can be placed via our on-line shopping cart and paid by credit
card online. Or if PayPal, phone or mail is selected as the payment method
you can check out without entering credit card information and payment
instructions are provided upon order completion or below. Should you prefer to place
an order through the mail you can use the "Print Version Order Form" from
the link above.

 | Returns: We provide a 30 day
return from the date of purchase subject
to the following return policy and exclusions: Returned items must be unused, pre-authorized and in original
package or container to receive a product refund or credit.
In addition, item/s need to be in the same condition as received.
Exclusions include toiletries, essential oils and personal care products
because we cannot verify such products have not been contaminated or
unused - therefore be sure to select the smallest size available. In
addition, CD's, books or custom items are not returnable.
Shipping and handling costs are not refundable unless goods are damaged
in shipment or there has been an order processing error on our part. |

 | Privacy statement: Em's Place does
not sell, disclose or otherwise provide any customer information to any
other source except in the case of a potential product defect. In that
event, correspondence received from the customer relating to any
questions or concerns, together with an invoice for purchase
verification, may be forwarded to the manufacturer in order to determine
how best to proceed. Your privacy is as important to us as it is
to you. In the event you leave our site by clicking on an affiliate link
please understand you are then subject to that company's web site
privacy policy. |

 | Shipping
and Handling: Shipping/Handling Charges
are based on shipping via USPS
(United States Postal Service) Priority mail, with delivery or signature confirmation. Sorry, no COD orders. If you need tracking or special
shipping please call or write for information. Also see premium shipping
option below.
Sometimes a customer will place back-to back or close together orders.
In that event, we will try to combine the orders into one shipment.
If this is possible, we will include a gift certificate good on your
next order. This is because credit cards are billed when the order is
placed and we do not make any refunds when this happens. Therefore the
gift certificate is to help compensate the customer for the additional
s/h amount billed when the order is rolled into one - and in this case
the gift certificate is based on the remaining amount after
figuring out the following: the higher s/h of the two orders plus a one
dollar consolidation fee. This is good only for the first two orders.
Any additional orders that come in before these other ones are shipped
will be processed separately. |

 | Premium shipping: This is an
option available at checkout and will add a $14.95 surcharge (via FedEx) to the regular
shipping/handling amount. This selection will put a rush on the order and provided
for FedEx two or three day express delivery and an email tracking notification. The goal is to have the order delivered to the
customer by the fifth business day, or sooner if possible, following the
date of the order. This does not include overnight or Saturday delivery - contact Em's
Place if overnight or Saturday service is needed and additional shipping may be
necessary. |

 | International orders: Em's Place
regrets that we currently do not ship to Canada or other international
destinations. This is due to custom constraints, shipping costs,
governmental bureaucracy and offshore payment scams. |
|
 | Shipping Time: Items are shipped
within 3 to 5 business
days and generally sooner for regular shipping unless it is
unusually busy or it is the holiday season - in which case it could take 5
to 7 business days. (See
Premium Shipping above for expedited shipping details). You will be notified via e-mail if an item is
out-of-stock or there are any additional delays expected to find out how you want to
proceed. We do our best to update out-of-stock items on the web site
as soon as this occurs. However, sometimes an order will come through
before an out-of-stock notation can be posted. |

 | Out-of Stock Items: If an item is out of stock you will be contacted via e-mail
and asked if you want it placed on back-order. You can cancel a back-order item anytime by
notifying Em's Place via e-mail prior to being notified that the item has been shipped.

 | Changes: Prices are subject to change without notice and do not
include shipping charges. Products may be limited due to stock on-hand, growing season or
availability. |

 | Delivery or
Damage:
Please inspect the package at time of arrival and notify
Ems Place immediately if there is any shipping damage and to receive an RMA
(return merchandise authorization) in order to obtain a credit or
refund.
The
shipping/handling is not refundable and the customer will incur any
additional return shipping charges plus a 10% re-stocking fee for any order that is
refused by the customer, or not deliverable to the shipping address on
the order, and returned to Em's Place. Please make sure the
shipping address submitted with the order is valid and entered
correctly. |

 | Brush and Razor
Warranties:
Em's Place stands behind the products we sell. In the event a product is
defective upon use we will work with the customer to receive a repair or
replacement. |

Refunds/Credits/Exchanges: Em's Place will
exchange, credit or
reimburse the customer for original shipping charges only in the event of damaged or
defective merchandise. The customer will pay the return shipping to Em's Place before
the returned merchandise cost is refunded, credited or exchanged.
Customized or engraved items are not refundable.
In regard to the customer receiving an order: It is up to the customer
to notify Em's Place if the order does not show up within 10 days of
being shipped, or within 21 days of placing the order. Once the order is
shipped, it is considered to be in the possession of the recipient
unless informed otherwise. In order to trace a package or try to
determine what has transpired during shipment if the customer has not
received the order during this time, we need to be notified in a timely
manner and the sooner the better. In any event, after 30-days the
customer is presumed to have possession of the order when tracking or
delivery confirmation shows the order has been delivered, and therefore
there is no credit or refund after that time. |

 | Aromatherapy and Body Care Notice:
When using body care products on the skin, if any irritation or reaction should
occur either increase the dilution - in the case of essential oil usage, or discontinue use. It
is a good idea to do a patch test before using
essential oils. Avoid contact with eyes and mucus membranes,
and keep out of reach of children. Information
provided is for information purposes only and is not a prescriptive guide.
Products are intended for external use
only.
Consult with your physician or aromatherapy reference for advice or
information concerning your specific therapeutic needs or use of essential
oils and naturally based body care products. In addition, consult with
your physician or pharmacist to be sure there wouldn't be any product or
essential oil/s conflict with any medication you may be taking, or any
other health issues. |

 | Natural products notice and
information:
Many of our products are derived from natural materials or ingredients.
Therefore, any variations in size, color, aroma, texture or other
differences that can happen with these materials are considered normal. In
addition, natural body care products should be used, not stored on the
shelf and best used within six months from purchase.

 | Disclaimer and Notice:
Straight razors and other kinds of razors and blades are sharp and cuts can occur. The use of a
straight razor, or any shaving and body care product, is at the user's own risk. Em's Place
is held harmless and assumes no liability or responsibility for any person using razors, blades or
any other body care product or sharp instrument. Always keep sharp objects and body care
items away from the
reach of children and pets. |

For PayPal, Phone, Mail or
Off-line Payments Only (Note: Unpaid
orders will remain on the books for 14 business days. During this time, if
we have not received any communication about payment, or otherwise received
payment, the order will be cancelled. Therefore, time is of the essence.) If you are
paying by PayPal please go to your
PayPal email account and remit payment to:

put your Order Number in the comments section.
If you are paying by mail please send a check

Your order will be shipped as soon as payment
is received. If you pay by credit card as part of the check out process

using a secure socket layer for your protection.

 | Browse through the product pages and order as you go by
clicking the "order" button and specifying the quantity desired. This does not
commit you to an actual purchase, it simply places the item in your shopping cart. Then
when you're ready, you can review, modify, add or delete items before the final check out. |

 | Purchase on-line and make your payment by credit card, or if
you prefer, you can choose the PayPal/phone/mail payment method during
check out to pay by PayPal, check, money order or credit
card off-line. Your order will be routed through our SSL (secure socket layer), using
encryption technology for your protection. You will have an opportunity to print out a
copy of your order once completed. Your order will be shipped once payment is received. |

 | There are several things necessary for
successful on-line shopping. If you have ordered items and the "view
order check out" page shows "no items in the cart", 1) you or your web browser may not have
accepted the necessary, and temporary, shopping session ID cookie, 2) the shopping
session ID may have timed-out because you have left the web site
or have not viewed any site pages in the last 20 minutes, 3) you started
the check out process and then abandoned it prior to completion or 4) Some pop-up
blockers my prevent the shopping cart "added to order" notice from showing
up and in this event the blocker needs to allow that window to appear.
